It is useful as it shows the area under threat by Luton expansion into Hertfordshire. Having their own site and roadshow of consultation shows how keen Bloor Homes are on building across this.

Mid Beds Council provide a dedicated consultation website for their constituents that actively promotes discussion on the whole development process. They have also held planning roadshows with councillors available at them to talk to the general public. WHAG is not aware of an equivalent process for our area.
